Why do I receive an email stating there is no text in my message?

By default your SMS is configured to send the text located in the body of the email, if there is no text there then you will receive this error message.

In order to ensure you do not receive this error message again you can:

  • Put the text you want to send in the body of the email.
  • Or configure your SMS message to be taken from the subject part of the email.
