When I send an email to fax my email address isn't recognised.

If you receive the email below. Please ensure your email address is listed on your account as an authorised email address. You can do so by changing the email addresses allowed to fax.


Your email address, "[email protected]", isn't recognised by Please check that you have used your registered email address. If you have an account, you can configure it to accept messages from this address through the UTBox Member Centre. The UTBox Member Centre is accessible from by entering your username and password and clicking LOGIN on the top right hand side of the web page.

  1. Once logged in, click Preferences on the top menu bar.
  2. Click your fax number on the left.
  3. Enter your address into the text box labeled "accept emails from these addresses".
  4. Click "Update".
